What You’ll Do

• Manage the daily operations of the Hilti Store and provide a best‑in‑class customer experience.
• Demonstrate tools and solutions, cross‑sell software and services, and guide customers toward innovative and cost‑effective options.
• Support customers from small contractors to major construction partners with quick, tailored solutions.
• Handle order entry, goods receiving, repair acceptance, inventory control, and cash management.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree; Engineering background or sales experience is an advantage.
• Motivation to work in a sales‑driven environment with a strong record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Analytical, proactive, and results‑oriented mindset with strong teamwork skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.
