At Hilti, sales is about more than selling products. As an Account Manager, you'll help customers improve productivity, safety, and sustainability through tools, software, and services.

You'll build long-term customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and act as a trusted advisor. Supported by engineering specialists, sales leaders, and experienced colleagues, you'll make a real impact on some of the region's most important construction projects.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities within your portfolio
  • Understand customer challenges and provide tailored solutions that improve productivity, safety, and sustainability
  • Manage your territory and daily schedule effectively, including customer visits and on-site product demonstrations
  • Act as a trusted advisor and Hilti brand ambassador through professional consultation and customer support
  • Track customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in Salesforce to drive business growth


WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Strong communication skills with fluent Lithuanian and good English
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in customer-facing sales and building long-term customer relationships
  • Consultative sales mindset with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions
  • Confidence using digital tools and working across teams
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned area
  • Strong planning, time management, and territory management skills
