What's the role?

At Hilti we provide innovative and market leading products to our customers in the professional construction industry. Become part of our Global IT Large Projects team and contribute to the digital future of product development at Hilti. Develop leading edge solutions based on SAP BTP for all areas of Large Project solution covering areas Sales, Sourcing, Legal, Project Management, Finance and Supply Chain. Define, plan and develop these solutions with internal and external teams in-line with our governance framework. Support the build-up of a global competence centre for software development on SAP BTP.

You will be located in our strategic IT office in Berkel / Rotterdam (Netherlands) and you will be part of our international team (located in the Netherlands, Malaysia and Switzerland).

What You'll do

The build-up of a global competence centre for SAP BTP solutions is a crucial success criteria supporting our SAP journey towards cloud solutions. You would be in charge to define and deliver enhancements for various SAP BTP based standard solutions such as SAP EPD and their interfaces to SAP ERP, as well as solution and application development on SAP BTP (standalone and integrated into our SAP environment). 

You ensure reliability, integrity, and long-term sustainability of your developed solutions. You closely collaborate with our vendors, provide 2nd/3rd level support as well as continuously improve features and integration between systems. This role requires a combination of a user-oriented mindset and solid implementation skills.

Software development responsibilities and tasks in the areas of SAP Build Apps and or ABAP developments would be possible.
