What’s the role?

You will play a pivotal role in realising our vision to become the most trusted, engaging, and visible brand in our industry on social media. Your mission is to design, pilot, and implement global social media programs—such as employee advocacy, influencer partnerships, vertical content, user-generated content, and customer ambassador initiatives—that drive customer engagement and interaction at every stage of the funnel.

What does the role involve?

  • Contribute to the global social media strategy and propose new program ideas. Develop, launch, and scale global social media programs (e.g., employee advocacy, influencer partnerships). 
  • Lead the global roll-out of programs, managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
  •  Define, track, and report on KPIs to measure programme success and business impact; set global targets and ensure follow-up with regional teams. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver high-impact campaigns. 
  • Monitor social media trends and emerging platforms to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation. 
  • Manage external agencies and partners for pilots, training design, and content creation. 
  • Develop and deliver training to social media teams and employees to ensure successful programme implementation. Serve as a social media advocate within the global MarCom team and as a consultant to local markets and regions. 
  • Review, recommend and implement technology and tools (incl. AI) that drive program success, in partnership with the tech product owner for social media. Utilise analytics to optimise programs and demonstrate ROI. 
  • Actively contribute to other programs and support operational needs, demonstrating a strong team player mindset. Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion in social media content and programs.
