Role Overview
Are you a commercially driven leader who thrives on building strong partnerships and developing people?
As a Strategic Business Developer at Hilti, you will shape how we grow and collaborate with a portfolio of our most strategic customers in Denmark. This is a high-impact role where you combine business development, leadership, and strategic thinking to create long-term value for both our customers and Hilti.
You’ll lead an experienced team, work closely with senior decision-makers, and play a key role in positioning Hilti as a trusted partner on complex and large-scale projects.
What You'll Do
- Drive and execute a clear strategy to grow key customer partnerships across Denmark
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and become a trusted advisor
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of experienced professionals with different specialisations
- Negotiate and shape complex agreements that create long-term customer value
- Identify new opportunities and expand collaboration across your customer portfolio
- Work closely with colleagues across the business to deliver impactful solutions
You’ll spend much of your time engaging with customers and your team, ensuring momentum, direction, and strong results.
What You’ll Bring
- A strong track record in sales, business development, or commercial leadership
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Confidence in working with senior stakeholders and navigating complex organisations
- A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, results-driven approach
- Curiosity and learning agility – you quickly understand new topics and translate them into business opportunities
- The ability to build trust, influence decisions, and create long-term partnerships
Experience from construction, industrial, or technical environments is a plus, but your commercial mindset and leadership capability are what matter most.
