Role Overview

The role drives profitable product and pricing global digital campaigns, working cross-functionally to ensure market-aligned, customer-valued offerings. Responsibilities include portfolio analysis, business case development, impact measurement, and supporting general ad-hoc analytics, requiring strong business acumen, data expertise, and stakeholder management skills.

What you’ll do

The role centers on managing the offer, pricing, supply and analytics aspects of global end-to-end digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer value. Key responsibilities include conducting thorough market and portfolio analyses to identify optimal product combinations for digital sales campaigns, defining the overall offer and pricing strategy, and developing robust business cases in collaboration with Finance and market partners. The position requires designing logistics processes with material management, ensuring product availability, and coordinating launch readiness with global and regional teams. It also involves acting as the main point of contact for product and pricing across various internal stakeholders, overseeing the entire campaign lifecycle.

A key aspect of the role is running end to end analytics to monitor performance, understand impact and derive insights for future initiatives. Advanced data analysis using Business Warehouse and Fabric tools is essential for validating campaign results and supporting management decisions. The role demands strong knowledge of Hilti’s IPC product hierarchy and customer landscape, along with the ability to deliver ad-hoc analytics as needed.

Very strong business mindset

  • 5-8years experiencein product marketing, pricing, performance management (business partner, sales/business controlling) or commercial strategy roles, with pricing and business case modelling skills (NSP, margin, unit economics).Experience in portfolio and offer design with customer-value focus across all product lines.
  • Familiarity with Hilti systems (PAM, PMT, PST), SAP S/4, BW/4HANA, and BW query modelling with Eclipse IDE, SAP Analysis for Office, MS Fabric (incl. SQL,PowerBI, DAX),knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud platform,deep MS excel knowledge, includingPowerQueryand PowerPivot.
  • Very highanalytical skills,with attention to detail and problemsolving skills,data-driven decision making and strategic thinking
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to keep teams aligned.Creative, proactive, and comfortable asking questions or seeking clarity, withabilityto work in a matrix organization and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in English (requiredfor our international environment).
