Pricing Business Partner

What’s the role
This is a newly created role built to strengthen pricing capabilities and drive profitable growth in the Swedish market. As a Pricing Business Partner, you will be at the center of how Hilti Sweden prices, positions, and protects its premium offering — working across sales, marketing, and finance to turn data into decisions that matter.
You will report to the Strategic Pricing Manager, within the Marketing department.
What you’ll do
You are the owner of pricing business partnering, processes and a key driver of margin performance — combining analytical depth with hands-on execution and close collaboration across the business. Responsibilities include:
- Act as a business partner to sales specialists and leaders in pricing execution
- Review and optimize agreements and pricing structures on an ongoing basis
- Drive pricing excellence and actively contribute to the pricing development roadmap
- Perform data mining and analysis to identify pricing and margin improvement opportunities
- Develop impact analyses and models to support pricing decisions
- Collaborate closely with sales, finance, and product marketing to develop action plans
- Support the development of pricing capabilities within the market organization
What You’ll Bring
We are looking for someone who combines strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset and the ability to communicate complex insights in a clear, actionable way.
- A university degree in business, economics, or a related field — or equivalent experience. What matters is what you bring, not how you got here.
- Strong analytical and data modelling skills, with high proficiency in Excel and BI tools; experience with Phyton, SQL and SAP is a plus.
- Experience working with large datasets and translating numbers into clear recommendations for stakeholders at different levels.
- A solid understanding of business processes and pricing principles — you know how pricing connects to margin, positioning, and commercial performance.
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented — you take ownership, follow through, and thrive in a role where you shape the way of working as much as you execute it.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with professional proficiency in both Swedish and English.
