Opis in zahteve

As a Large Construction Project Manager, you will lead major construction projects from early-stage planning and design specification integration to on-site execution. By promoting Hilti’s integrated solutions (products, services, and software) and coordinating cross-functional teams such as Sales, Engineering, and Logistics, you will strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and maximize project business opportunities and sales results.

 

作為大型營造專案經理，你將負責指定專案從推廣策略制定、早期設計規範置入到後期施工現場追蹤執行的整體流程管理。透過 推廣Hilti 的整合解決方案（產品、服務與軟體），以及驅動跨部門的團隊 (如工程師、業務、物流等) ，提升喜利得對業主、監造、設計單位及承包商等關鍵利害關係人的整體價值，以最大化專案滲透率，促成喜利得於該專案中的最大營收效益。

此角色需同時整合商務、技術、物流、財務與法務等面向，並與高階客戶及跨部門團隊密切合作。

 

 

What you will do

 

  • Develop project strategies, priorities, and execution plans for major construction projects. 
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive project development and execution. 
  • Create and monitor annual project sales plans and design-in progress. 
  • Work with engineering teams to influence owners, consultants, and supervisors for early specification approval. 
  • Visit customers and construction sites to support new business opportunities and applications. 
  • Coordinate internal resources, project communication, and documentation to ensure smooth project progress. 
  • Collaborate with Logistics and PMO teams to ensure successful order execution and risk management. 
  • Share project knowledge and best practices to strengthen team capabilities.

  • 定義並優先排序專案目標、策略與重點推廣應用，規劃整體商機開發、設計與執行排程，召集並驅動跨部門專案協作團隊，以促成重大專案商機開發與專案推進
  • 制定年度專案銷售計畫，並追蹤銷售進度與設計導入狀況 
  • 透過與工程部門協作，影響業主、監造與設計單位，以達成早期專案規範的置入。
  • 透過客戶拜訪（辦公室/工地）以支持銷售團隊取得額外商機 (新客戶/新應用)
  • 建立並管理專案協作機制（文件管理、會議架構及客戶溝通流程） 視需求跨部門調度資源，確保專案推進順暢 
  • 與物流及 Project Management Office（PMO）早期協作，確保訂單執行順利，並進行風險控管與備案規劃 
  • 推動專案經驗學習與知識管理，提升銷售團隊專案理解與執行能力

What you will bring

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; engineering background preferred. 
  • At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry. 
  • Experience in project management or team leadership. 
  • Strong communication, planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills. 
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at different levels. 
  • Strong business sense and long-term strategic thinking. 
  • Ability to promote integrated solutions including products, services, and software.
  • 大學以上學歷，工程相關背景尤佳 
  • 5年以上營造產業相關經驗，具技術背景，熟悉公共工程營建體系者尤佳 
  • 具現場專案管理或團隊領導經驗
  • 良好的規劃、簡報、跨團隊合作能力，具良好英文溝通能力尤佳
  • 能與不同層級的利害關係人建立並維繫關係 
  • 具備專案規劃與商機判斷能力 ，以及長期發展思維
  • 能銷售整合型價值方案（產品、服務與軟體）
