As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be at the heart of the employee experience, supporting team members throughout their journey at Hilti. You'll gain hands-on exposure to HR operations, global HR systems, and employee services while helping deliver accurate, efficient, and people-focused HR support.
 

What You’ll Do

  • Support employees through key moments in their career journey, from onboarding and internal moves to promotions and departures.
  • Manage employee lifecycle transactions in Workday, ensuring all HR processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain employee records and contribute to the integrity and quality of HR data that supports business decisions.
  • Prepare essential employee documents, including salary certificates, employment letters, NOCs, and employment contracts.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee queries, providing timely support and solutions through our HR service platform.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and business stakeholders to continuously improve processes and deliver an outstanding employee experience.


What You’ll Bring

  • UAE National with UAE Family Book (to comply with the UAE Emiratization law)
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • HR Operations / Shared Services experience is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with Workday / SuccessFactors is a plus
  • Experience using HR ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) is a plus
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is a must 
  • Strong attention to detail and customer-service mindset
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
