Embedded Software Engineer – Motor Control (m/f/d)

Location: Kaufering (near Munich) | Hybrid (up to 50% remote) | Part-time (30–32h/week) possible

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about embedded software development and enjoys applying control engineering in practice. You will work at the intersection of software and physical systems, turning algorithms into real-world performance.

What you ll bring:

We are looking for a software-focused engineer with a solid grounding in control engineering.

Must-haves:

Degree in Computer Science, Embedded Systems, Mechatronics, or similar

Around 2–3 years of professional experience (or more)

Strong embedded software development skills (e.g. C/C++)

Solid understanding of control engineering fundamentals

Ability to implement control concepts in software

Nice-to-have:

Hands-on experience with motor control systems

Model-based development (e.g. MATLAB/Simulink)
