Lead strategic procurement and category management across North Asia.
Drive a robust procurement roadmap, vendor implementation, and actionable reporting while ensuring compliance with global standards. Manage categories end-to-end to optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance, aligning with regional and global strategies. Act as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders, delivering market insights and value creation.

What You’ll Do

As a Regional Category Manager, you will be the strategic driver of procurement and category management across North Asia, covering areas such as travel, fleet, marketing, IT, facilities, and HR.

Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business goals and global procurement standards to deliver sustainable value.
Build and implement procurement roadmaps that enhance efficiency and introduce innovative sourcing solutions.
Oversee vendor onboarding, performance management, and long-term relationship building for seamless integration.
Own reporting and analytics through spend analysis, KPI tracking, and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
Uphold procurement policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements to maintain strong governance and risk management.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to optimize costs, improve processes, and foster continuous innovation.
Work closely with the Region Head of Procurement to implement medium- and long-term strategies across multiple categories.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
Approximately 4–5 years in category management, indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, or project management.
Demonstrated proficiency in vendor management, compliance, and procurement analytics.
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with reporting tools; experience with procurement systems is an advantage.
Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin; additional languages are a plus.
Proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, and an effective team player.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for the role of Regional Category Assistant Manager; the final title will be commensurate with experience.
