What's the role?

As our Power Platform Developer in Global Logistics, you drive process efficiency by designing and implementing automated workflows that reduce manual effort and improve operational performance. Working closely with business stakeholders, you translate process needs into practical automation solutions within Microsoft 365 and connected systems. It ensures reliable execution of key business processes, supports continuous improvement, and enables teams to operate more effectively through automation.

What You'll do

As a Power Automate Developer, you are the specialist for workflow automation within the Microsoft ecosystem, enabling your stakeholders to streamline operations and achieve their process optimization goals. You design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Power Automate, integrating Microsoft 365 services, Dataverse, APIs, and other leading systems in Hilti such as SAP. You collaborate closely with business users to understand their requirements, translate them into scalable automation solutions, and enhance those solutions throughout the entire lifecycle. You ensure alignment with governance, security, and compliance standards while documenting and optimizing workflows for performance and reliability. On an operational level, you support the monitoring and troubleshooting of automated processes, continuously identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual work across the organization.

What You’ll Bring

•    A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or a related field is required.

•    Experience with Microsoft Platform mainly on Power Automate, Power Apps along with a solid understanding of business process automation. 

•    Having 3-5 years of experience with at least one year of solid experience working with Power Platform

•    Excellent communication and presentation skills

•    Programming skills in Python and SQL, as well as integration. Data modeling experience is an added advantage.

•    Strong experience in logistics and/or supply chain

•    Fluent in English
