Our Field Engineer is more than a technical analyst—they are the key force that brings solutions to life. You will work directly on construction sites, collaborating with designers, contractors, and project managers to transform technical expertise into real business results and drive project success.

我們的專案銷售工程師（Field Engineer）不僅負責技術分析，更是將解決方案實際落地的關鍵角色。你將走入工地現場，與設計師、承包商及專案經理緊密合作，將專業技術轉化為具體的商業成果，推動專案成功。

What you will do

• Identify and sell engineering services by developing relations and sales long term

• Offering professional services and technical support to identified key regional projects to maximize project success and technical sales

• Providing specifications, calculations and technical advise to Hilti customers and specifiers

• Being the link and support to Engineers in the field.

• 透過建立長期關係與銷售策略，識別並推廣工程相關服務。

• 為區域內的重點專案提供專業服務與技術支援，以最大化專案成功率並提升技術型銷售成果。

• 向 Hilti 的客戶及規劃/設計單位提供規範撰寫、技術計算與專業技術建議。

• 作為現場工程師與公司之間的技術橋梁，提供必要的支持與協助。

What you will bring 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/ Architecture/ Construction related degree.

• Minimum 5 years of working experience (preferable in sales, customer facing role) in engineering / construction related industry.

• Experience from working with construction projects.

• Product knowledge within installation.

• AutoCAD is a must and preferably experience from working in BIM, Revit and Structural Mechanics.

• Excellent command of written and spoken local language, basic command of written and spoken English is required

• 具土木工程／建築／營建相關科系之學士學位。

• 至少 5 年工程或營建相關產業工作經驗（具銷售或客戶互動角色者尤佳）。

• 具建築施工專案相關經驗。

• 具安裝領域相關產品知識。

• 熟悉 AutoCAD；具 BIM、Revit 或結構力學相關經驗者佳。

• 具備優秀的本地語言書寫與口說能力，並需具備基本的英文書寫與口說能力。
