Opis i wymagania
We are looking for a Product Content expert to join our Regional Digital Marketing team for Latin America. This role is key to ensuring the quality, accuracy, and performance of product content across our 6 web shops (e-commerce). You will be responsible for managing new product content in the system, optimizing SEO, and ensuring our digital presence supports customer experience and business goals. This is a process-driven role focused on continuous optimization and ensuring the effectiveness of our content, reflected in sales conversions through our Ecommerce platform.
You will work closely to our regional Product managers, ensuring that our customers have a clear product information on our web, driving this content to sales conversions.
Lo que harás
- Manage product content creation and updates within Service Level Agreements timelines.
- Ensure product cards are accurate, SEO optimized, with relevant keywords and aligned with our standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product Managers, Digital Marketing, Global teams).
- Monitor and improve content performance using analytics tools.
- Identify and fix bugs or inconsistencies in product pages and in onsite search.
- Support ecommerce growth through content excellence.
- Be detail oriented, improving user experience on our web shops.
Lo que aportarás
- Minimum 3 years in roles related to e-commerce, SEO and content optimization.
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS); Ecommerce and STEP-platforms
- We are Open to diverse academic backgrounds, Preferable bachelor grades on Marketing or Business administration.
- Google Analytics Knowledge, Trends, and variety SEO tools
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office and Power BI (preferred)
- Analytical mindset, Detail-oriented Profile.
- Process optimization skills, discipline, planning, time management.
- Advanced / Conversational English Level (Mandatory)
- Spanish (preferred) or Portuguese
- Based in Panama
