Play a pivotal role in driving the full financial performance management cycle, partnering closely with business leaders to deliver insight, discipline, and sustainable growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to move beyond traditional finance, acting as a strategic advisor who helps shape decisions and steer business outcomes across the organization and with potential to develop your long term career.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the full financial planning cycle - including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and monthly performance reviews—by partnering closely with the Head of Finance and the wider finance team to deliver rigorous performance management and insightful management reporting.
  • Serve as a trusted finance business partner to Sales, Marketing, Engineering, After‑Market Service, and Customer Service teams - translating financial insights into actionable strategies, supporting annual cost‑down initiatives, evaluating business cases, and ensuring decisions are backed by strong financial rationale.
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Management teams to co‑create strategic initiatives, drive business performance, and ensure alignment with long-term business objectives. Hold stakeholders accountable for measurable outcomes and support sustainable value creation.
  • Drive financial governance, reporting accuracy, and compliance by preparing timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports; overseeing official reporting on revenues, transfers, and expenses; and strengthening internal controls in alignment with corporate and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee and improve financial and operational processes, including daily SAP internal workflows, cost management, standard cost calculations, purchase order reviews, and inventory control measures—ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, lead follow-up on audit findings, proactively mitigate risks, and ensure strong control frameworks across the business.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, providing coaching, direction, and continuous feedback to three team members, fostering a culture of excellence, and building a strong talent pipeline that supports organizational growth.
  • Drive and contribute to ad hoc initiatives and strategic projects, including regional and cross-functional collaborations that enable business transformation, operational optimization, innovation, and scalable growth.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
  • Qualified CPA (HKICPA, CPA Australia, ACCA) or CFA, with 8+ years of relevant finance experience gained in sizable local companies and/or multinational corporations, preferably with strong exposure to Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and hands‑on finance business partnering.
  • Proven ability to deliver insightful financial analysis, coupled with strong business acumen and the confidence to advise, challenge and influence stakeholders in planning and executing key business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable messages for non‑finance audiences.
  • A hands‑on and pragmatic team player who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, working collaboratively across functions, and navigating ambiguity to deliver practical solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, planning, and time‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Adaptable and resilient, with a performance‑driven mindset and the agility to thrive in a dynamic and evolving business landscape.
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin – both written and spoken to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across functions and regions.
  • Aspire to build a long-term career with strong ambition to broaden professional exposure and grow into expanded regional and potentially global responsibilities over time.
