What’s the role?

Your main responsibilities will include providing legal advice and coordination for Hilti’s Spanish subsidiary, within a dynamic and international environment:

• Providing legal assistance, guidance, and training to operational teams
• Drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts (NDAs, sales agreements, commercial leases, service agreements, distribution agreements, etc.)
• Supporting teams in the context of tenders (private and public procurement)
• Offering strategic support to internal departments by bringing legal insight and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Reviewing and approving marketing and advertising materials
• Managing pre-litigation and litigation matters
• Conducting legal monitoring and research
• Depending on your profile and interests, the possibility to assist our Regional Compliance Officer (e.g., GDPR, anti-corruption laws, anti-trust laws, conflict-of-interest rules, etc.)

This is a hands-on, operational, diverse, and cross‑functional legal advisory role in which you will quickly gain a solid understanding of the sales force, marketing operations, and various processes ranging from procurement to innovative product launch activities.

Profile sought

• Master’s degree in Spanish Law, ideally with a specialization in commercial law, contract law, or business law
• 5 years’ professional experience, gained within an international company or law firm
• Valuable experience in a business, sales, or industrial environment (preferably B2B), as well as a good understanding of marketing, IT, or digital activities
• High proficiency in English, both written and spoken (mandatory)
• You are organized, proactive, business‑oriented, and solution‑driven
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent drafting abilities, and a good understanding of operational business needs
