In this role, you'll work closely with HR teams, benefits providers, and regional stakeholders to enhance benefits offerings, drive process improvements, and ensure employees have access to clear, valuable, and competitive benefits. • Partner with insurers, consultants, and benefits providers to ensure effective service delivery and strong vendor performance.
  • Analyse benefits spend, utilisation trends, and program effectiveness, transforming data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards that support informed decision-making by regional stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain engaging, employee-friendly benefits communications and resources.
  • Identify opportunities to improve employee experience, operational efficiency, and scalability across benefits processes.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for benefits-related queries from HR teams across the region.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that help keep our benefits offering competitive and aligned with employee needs

What You’ll Bring

We're looking for a collaborative professional who combines strong analytical capability with excellent stakeholder management skills.

You'll be successful if you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, including exposure to insured benefits programs.
  • Experience partnering with stakeholders within a multinational, matrixed organisation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, commercially relevant recommendations.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Experience with HR systems and benefits administration tools is highly desirable.
