Position Overview
This role is responsible for driving local business strategy execution and coordinating the marketing and sales roadmap in Taiwan. The position plays a key role in aligning regional strategy with local market needs, working closely with sales teams, account managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure strong business growth and execution excellence.

What you will do
Adapt, update, and execute local business strategy, while supporting sales management in implementation.
Drive annual business and marketing strategies based on market insights, aligning sales priorities and execution plans to achieve business growth objectives.
Conduct market sensing through customer visits and continuous business development activities.
Support regional business strategy with local market insights and align local updates with Regional Trade & Product Managers.
Actively drive cross-functional actions with relevant stakeholders in Hilti Taiwan to ensure business growth and operational excellence.
Support implementation of marketing and technical marketing initiatives with cross-department experts.
Provide feedback to regional Product Managers regarding product gaps and innovation opportunities to support portfolio development.
Build and strengthen the sales community and capabilities by organizing training programs with Sales Managers.
Present and communicate strategy, updates, and execution progress to internal stakeholders across all levels, including leadership teams.

What you will bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, with more than 5 years of experience in sales or marketing.
Strong background in sales with customer-facing experience; experience in the construction industry is a plus.
Strong commercial mindset with a proactive and “can-do” attitude.
Ability to develop and execute clear action plans aligned with overall business objectives.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make decisions based on data, experience, and sound judgment.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills across functions and seniority levels.
Moderate English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking required).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; data analysis skills are a plus.

具備良好的商業敏銳度、積極主動且具執行力。

具備優秀分析能力,能根據數據與市場資訊做出判斷。
良好的跨部門溝通與利害關係人管理能力。
具備英文溝通能力(聽、說、讀、寫)。
熟悉 Microsoft Office;具數據分析能力者佳。
