What you’ll do:

You will contribute to the development of the Hilti Store, collaborating with other sales channels and in line with commercial and marketing strategies.
You will present our products and offer complementary software and services, guiding customers to innovative and advantageous solutions.
You will develop our customer base through specific telephone activities.
You will manage orders, warehouse preparation and shipping, ensuring an engaging and personalized customer experience
You will be responsible for cashing, management, stocks, the relationship with courier companies and logistics

What you’ll bring:

University degree
Knowledge of English - advanced level
Previous experience in retail
Organization, customer orientation and perseverance
Communication skills and predisposition for technical sales
Dynamism and customer orientation
