We are seeking high-calibre individuals with strong business acumen and drive to achieve their full potential through our Management Associate Program.

The program is designed to accelerate associates' leadership development through rotations across sales, marketing and operations. With overseas training and mentorship from senior executives, associates are primed for future managerial roles with Hilti Hong Kong.

What You'll do

As Management Associate Program, which is a 24 to 30-month fast-track career development program, you’ll have the opportunity to gaining exposure in different areas during your rotation: 

• 6 months – Engineering Project or Strategic Marketing
• 12 months – Sales Engineer or Account Manager
• 6 -12 months – Product / Technical Marketing & Projects 

Upon successful completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to pursue a specialist role in your preferred streams in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering; or advancement to a management position for those with high potentials or even have the opportunities to work in regional projects or attend regional learning program.
