Start Your Engineering Career with Real Impact
Join Hilti as a Technical Support Engineer and gain hands-on experience solving real construction challenges from day one. This entry-level role is designed to accelerate your technical development through field exposure, mentoring, and practical application. You will work alongside experienced engineers, contributing to projects that directly impact customers and job sites.
What You’ll Do
- Support technical applications in repair and engineering solutions, assisting on real customer cases.
- Collaborate closely with senior engineers (TE II Sr. and TE III) on field activities and project execution.
- Participate and analyze structural and technical requirements.
- Contribute to resolving basic technical cases and supporting operational tasks.
- Build technical expertise through hands-on experience and continuous learning.
What You’ll Bring
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- Up to 1 year of experience (internships or academic projects).
- Basic knowledge of structural engineering concepts.
- Intermediate English level (B1–B2).
- Strong learning agility and teamwork mindset.
