Purpose of position 

Planning, executing, analyzing, and documenting tests of technical systems in the field of electric power tools.

Minimum Experience & Qualification:

·        College / university degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or comparable; alternative technical education and technician training

·        Minimum 3 years work experience in the respective field

·        Strong analytical and conceptional skills as well as strong goal-oriented work style

·        Strong and efficient communication skill in project team environment

·        Teamplayer with very good communication skills in an interdisciplinary and international environment

·        Fluent in English and preferably Mandarin

Responsibilities 

·        Self-reliant planning and creating of test plans and test instructions to ensure quality of development, based on customer requirements.

·        Managing and executing tests of technical systems in the field of electric power tools, as well as analyzing, interpreting, and providing results.

·        Attending system test responsibility for single products in TTM, TP, and QIP projects.

·        Communicating work results in development projects or sub-projects in an international environment.

·        Steering technical topics discussion and conclusion in projects.

·        Active participation in product development within the scope of the responsible projects.

·        Ownership of certain product line testing as window person (owner of standard test plan or leading several product lines TTM)

·        Functional leadership of team members and partners (1:1 relation) to achieve results.

·        Participation in department tasks to lead overarching tasks
