Key Responsibilities

1. Project Leadership & Delivery

• Lead engineering or product development projects from concept to market launch
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards

2. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with:
  • R&D / Engineering teams
  • Product Management
  • Supply Chain & Manufacturing
  • Quality and Marketing
• Align stakeholders toward common project goals

3. Stakeholder Management

• Act as the main interface between:
  • Local China teams
  • Global headquarters (Liechtenstein)
• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and key decisions
• Drive alignment across global and regional stakeholders

4. Technical Guidance

• Provide direction on engineering solutions and design decisions
• Ensure compliance with:
  • Performance and safety standards
  • Hilti quality requirements
• Support teams in resolving complex technical challenges

5. Risk & Issue Management

• Identify project risks proactively
• Develop mitigation plans and drive timely resolutions
• Make informed decisions under uncertainty

6. Business & Market Alignment

• Contribute to:
  • Product innovation
  • Cost optimization
  • Competitive differentiation

7. Continuous Improvement

• Drive process improvements in project execution
• Contribute to best practices and knowledge sharing
• Support organizational learning and capability building

🔹 Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (, Civil, Electrical, or related field)

Experience

• Typically, 5–10 years of experience in engineering or product development
• Proven experience in leading projects or cross-functional initiatives
• Experience in multinational or matrix organizations is preferred
