What You'll Do?
You will be an HR counterpart in all operational people processes for the departments you support and work with. In your daily activities, you provide career counselling to team members, you coach team leaders with respect to all HR processes as well as the respective working laws. You will also bring in your broad experience in HR processes overall with key focus on attracting, training and developing talent. You will facilitate workshops and act as mediator.
Collaboration and responsibility for local and global HR projects are also part of your job at Hilti.
Your tasks will also include close cooperation with mid-management team, developing their competencies, outlining the directions of activities and inspiring.

What You'll Bring?
- Master degree (preferably HR management, Business management);
- Broad experience in HR business partnering role (min. 2yrs), preferably in IA/Service environment;
- Excellent communication skills in Polish and English;
- Perfect time management;
- Analytical and conceptual skills coupled with a hands-on mentality to get things done;
- Experience in working in a matrix environment;
- Excited to work in an international environment and global mobility;
- Personality of a leader combined with passion, inspiration, strategic vision and assertiveness;
- Ability to act in a pragmatic, practical and strongly focused on innovative solutions environment;
