Hilti

As a Lead Engineer, you will be part of Hilti’s Regional Project Management Office (PMO), delivering value-based MEP solutions through the Hilti/Oglaend Modular Support System and Hilti Firestop System (Hilti Integrated Project Solution). You will collaborate with national and international project teams to provide digital engineering services, technical consulting, and project execution support across high-tech construction projects.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with national and international Capture Teams to understand clients’ needs and provide technical consulting on Hilti/Oglaend modular support systems and Hilti Firestop solutions.
• Understand clients’ project deliverables, assess project information, perform project scoping, and support service contracting activities.
• Develop engineering designs and technical solutions that optimize technical performance, cost, and constructability while utilizing engineering calculation and design software.
• Ensure all engineering deliverables comply with applicable codes, regulations, and Hilti engineering standards.
• Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) to support project quotations, bidding, and project fulfillment in collaboration with Sales and Logistics teams.
• Serve as a core member of the project execution team by planning engineering resources, supervising technical execution, and leading technical discussions.
• Act as a quality gatekeeper by providing technical guidance to designers and modelers and performing QA/QC activities when required.
• Travel domestically and internationally to collaborate with customers during design and construction phases.
• Develop project best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO engineering knowledge.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Structural Engineer, MEP Engineer, or other relevant technical role within Owners, EPC contractors, or Engineering Consultants.
• Solid understanding of structural engineering, digital design, modular construction processes, and project execution.
• Ability to connect technical engineering solutions with commercial business objectives.
• Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
• Empathy and the ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment.
