Drive Technical Sales in Timber Construction. Build Impact with Purpose.

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and positioning Hilti’s solutions for timber construction and shipbuilding. This is a customer-facing, technical-commercial role where you will influence specifications, enable sales teams, and support business growth in a high-potential segment. You will collaborate cross-functionally and act as a specialized partner to key stakeholders in the industry.

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Develop and position technical solutions for timber connections and shipbuilding applications.
  • Influence key stakeholders (specifiers, engineers, contractors) to drive specification and adoption.
  • Enable and support sales teams with technical expertise and customer insights.
  • Identify and develop strategic accounts, contributing to business growth and market expansion.

 

What You’ll Bring 

  • 3–5 years of experience in engineering, construction, or technical sales roles.
  • Exposure to timber construction, wood solutions, or related industries (preferred).
  • Strong commercial drive with the ability to execute and influence stakeholders.
  • High learning agility, teamwork mindset, and openness to feedback.
  • Fluent English (will be assessed during the interview process).
