Role Overview
As a Regional Sales Operations & CRM Process Expert, you will be the regional owner of Salesforce CRM for our Latin America market organizations, ensuring the consistent execution, continuity, and optimization of key sales and market reach processes across the region.
In this role, your typical day will involve working closely with Sales, Marketing, regional teams, and global stakeholders to ensure that Salesforce enabled processes are well executed, properly adopted, and continuously improved. You will act as the main connection point between regional operations and Global teams, translating global frameworks into effective regional execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as regional process owner of Salesforce CRM for all Market Reach processes.
- Ensure end-to-end execution, operational continuity, and process adherence within Salesforce.
- Own and support the execution of key processes, Dashboards and different tools, ensuring the data and processes are ready in their respective deadlines.
- Serve as the primary regional contact between Global teams and Latam region supporting implementations and global rollouts.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders: Sales and Marketing teams in 6 Market Organizations; Regional Market reach team and Global process and system owners
- Analyze usage, adoption, and effectiveness of Salesforce tools and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Proactively propose optimization plans based on data, process efficiency, and regional needs.
- Ensure processes remain structured, documented, and executed on time.
Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken and written) – non-negotiable
- Salesforce CRM expertise – mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Portuguese language is a strong plus
- SAP knowledge is desirable but not required
- 3–5+ years of experience in:
- Sales operations, commercial support, or sales-related roles
- Process management, CRM ownership, or regional operations
- Strong understanding of sales processes and commercial operations
