Inside Sales Account Manager

內勤業務/客戶經理


The Inside Sales Account Manager drives sales through multiple channels, understands customer needs, works closely with the sales team, and maintains accurate CRM data to ensure excellent customer experience and business growth.


內勤業務/客戶經理透過多元管道推動銷售,了解客戶需求,與銷售團隊緊密合作,並維護 CRM 系統資料準確,以確保卓越的客戶體驗及業務成長。


What you will do

-Proactively sell through phone calls, social media, and other channels.

-Actively promote and sell Hilti products and services.

-Use the 3S approach to understand customer needs and applications.

-Manage time efficiently to increase daily customer contact frequency.

-Work closely with the Account Manager team to provide excellent service.

-Maintain solid knowledge of Hilti products, services, and applications.

-Regularly update CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) to keep customer data accurate.


- 主動進行使用電話或是社群等多元管道進行銷售

- 積極推廣與銷售喜利得的產品和服務。

- 使用 3S 來充分了解客戶的應用和需求。

- 高效率利用時間,提高每日與客戶聯繫的頻率和次數。

- 與客戶經理團隊合作,共同給予客戶最好的服務。

- 對喜利得產品服務及相關應用有深入了解,與銷售團隊有緊密的團隊合作。

- 定期更新CRM客戶平台(EX:SAP、salesforce)等系統,確保客戶數據正確。


What you will bring

-Diploma or above in Business or related discipline

-High proficiency in  Chinese (written & spoken) 

-Caring and with strong passion in customer services 

-Self-motivation, highly energetic, outgoing character and willing to explore self –potential in different area

-Ability to interact with various levels and functions internally and externally 

-Strong communication skills

-An excellent team player 

-React quickly to a changing environment with the ability to work under pressure

-Good at Line / FB or other social media up-selling methods.


-商業或相關科系之專科以上學歷

-優秀的中文讀寫與口語能力

-具有同理心,並對客戶服務充滿熱忱

-自我激勵、活力充足、外向,願意在不同領域探索自身潛力

-能夠與內外部不同層級、不同職能的人有效互動

-具備良好的溝通能力

-擅長團隊合作

-能快速適應變動環境,並可在壓力下工作

-熟悉 Line、Facebook 或其他社群媒體的銷售方式
