That's where you come in. As our BI Expert, you will build reporting and analytics solutions that bring transparency to business performance, support strategic decisions, and help drive digital transformation across the region.

What does the role involve?

Create and Enhance our BI Products:

• Design and continuously improve dashboards and reporting solutions using SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SSMS, and Power BI.
• Deliver intuitive and impactful reporting tools that help business functions make data-driven decisions.
• Manage data extraction, transformation, and loading processes using Power Query, Power Pivot, SSIS, and Eclipse, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.

Optimize and Automate:

• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate business processes.
• Develop scalable solutions that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and support digital transformation across the region.

Train and Empower:

• Create engaging training materials and lead workshops for key stakeholders.
• Support users in maximizing the value of dashboards and BI solutions.
• Empower our teams to turn data into actionable insights and make confident business decisions.

Perform Ad-hoc Analytics:

• Explore data and perform ad-hoc analyses to provide actionable insights to key stakeholders, enabling informed and timely business decisions.

What you need is:

• A university degree in a business, technical, data-related, or quantitative field.
• Strong Excel skills and hands-on experience with BI and analytics tools.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business needs into clear, practical solutions.
• The ability to prioritize tasks independently and manage multiple business requests.
• A proactive, service-oriented mindset and strong motivation to learn and develop further.
• Fluency in Czech or Slovak and English.
• Experience with SQL is an advantage.
