What You'll do:

Shape the future of construction innovation in Hong Kong by driving high impact engineering solutions that influence some of the market’s most iconic projects. You will partner closely with specifiers, project leaders, and internal stakeholders to elevate Hilti’s presence and technical authority. This role exists to develop future engineering leaders for Hilti combining deep technical expertise with strong commercial acumen and a clear path toward broader leadership roles. You will make construction safer, more productive, and more sustainable for our customers.

• Lead technical specification work with project owners, consultants, and contractors to position Hilti solutions early in the design phase. 

• Develop and execute engineering strategies that drive business growth, influence stakeholders, and elevate Hilti’s technical credibility. 

• Collaborate with cross functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to deliver end to end project impact from design to execution. 

• Provide engineering insights and market feedback to regional teams to support product development and innovation. 

• Steer technical discussions, deliver training, and act as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and external partners.

What You'll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, structural, or related engineering discipline; Master’s degree/MBA is an added plus. 

• At least 8 years of experience in relevant engineering background (selling specified engineering products or providing engineering solutions, while experience with suppliers, EPC, engineering consultants or contractors will also be considered)

• Senior experience with Hilti relevant applications with proven experience in construction, either in design offices or at construction sites.

• In-dept knowledge of the design and construction process, in relevance to the Hilti scope of applications and products.

• Adaptability, resilience, and a growth mindset with ambition for long term leadership development. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills working in a fast-paced commercial environment involving multiple key stakeholders.

• High proficiency in English and Cantonese, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.   Proficiency in Mandarin is an added plus.
