• Partner with Talent Acquisition Business Partners and business leaders to understand sales hiring requirements and build targeted sourcing strategies aligned with business needs.
• Proactively source high-quality sales talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social platforms, talent communities, and other innovative sourcing channels.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor research to identify target companies, talent pools, and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for volume and niche sales roles, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
• Screen and assess candidate profiles against role requirements, motivation, and cultural fit before sharing shortlisted talent with hiring managers.
• Support sales hiring campaigns and recruitment drives,
• Maintain accurate candidate records, sourcing metrics, and market intelligence to continuously improve sourcing effectiveness and hiring outcomes.
