Powering Growth Through Digital Innovation
Under the direction of the E-Business Manager, the Digital Marketing Specialist supports digital growth through data-driven content, search optimization, and customer-centric experiences across Hilti Online. This role works cross-functionally with marketing, analytics and other stakeholders to improve content discoverability and digital adoption. The Digital Marketing Specialist also combines strong analytical skills with a creative mindset to deliver high-quality user experiences and surface insights that inform digital strategy and improve business outcomes.

What You’ll Do
- Support the execution of the Hilti Online strategy and digital campaigns including planning, setup, execution, reporting, and optimization.
- Drive SEO and content optimization initiatives, including audits, content improvements and technical best practices to enhance site performance, discoverability and engagement.
- Manage content administration and audits to identify opportunities to improve website performance and site health.
- Apply a customer-first mindset to support digital experiences/initiatives that increase customer engagement and adoption of Hilti Online.
- Develop, manage, and optimize website content within CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful), including landing pages, editorial content, and forms.
- Work cross-functionally with E-Business and Marketing teams to define the scope of projects, including goals, deliverables, and success measurement.
- Clearly and succinctly communicate all issues, risks, and mitigation strategies in a timely manner to the project team and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Digital Analytics team to produce and distribute analytic reports for all digital activities, measuring ROI for each project.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation.
- Proactively identify new opportunities to enhance digital capabilities, efficiency, and performance.
- Contribute to the evolution of Hilti’s digital ecosystem and customer engagement strategy.

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree required with a focus in marketing, communications, sales, technology, or related business area of study preferred
- Minimum three (3) years of related sales, digital marketing or E-commerce experience
- Working knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization
- Experience with Contentful or other content management systems
- Experience in data analysis techniques and tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console or similar platforms
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and support optimization initiatives
- Strong attention to detail, with a passion for continuous improvement
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams
- Strong computer skills, including MS SharePoint, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Established skills in organization, time management, and prioritization
