Job Title: Construction Project Manager

What You’ll Do

Build and lead capture team to maximizing topline and meeting profitability standards (P&L) on a assigned project portfolio
Portfolio: 6-7 project, 2-3 mCHF sales/a, 90%exec-10%design
Responsible for project management, including orders` execution
Responsible for management of internal & external stakeholders
Responsible for project compliance with local Hilti rules and guidelines

What You’ll Bring

Manager with sales and construction project management experience
Able to orchestrate complex commercial deals, meeting sales targets and execution deadlines, while preserving quality and profitability
Understands commercial, technical, logistic, financial, legal and other aspects related to providing complex solutions combining product, services & software
Able to steer teams remotely
Able to communicate at top management level and across organization
Able to lead without direct report, to coach others and to work in a matrix organization and multicultural environment
Speaks English and local language
Travel and relocation availability
